Processing Time & Shipping
Once we receive your order, we process it immediately to get your jewelry to you as quickly as possible! All [Your Updated Company Name] orders are processed within 2-5 business days (usually 1-3 business days). Domestic orders (USA) will be shipped via Local Postal Mail® or USPS First Class Mail®.

Shipping Address & Responsibility
Please carefully review all information at checkout, including your shipping address. In cases where a third-party service (such as PayPal or a social media site) is used, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their address is accurate and up-to-date. Review your order confirmation email (check spam or bulk folder if you don’t receive it) to verify.
Your order will be shipped to the provided address, and we cannot reroute it if there are errors or it is undeliverable. If you cannot receive your package at the provided address, it is your responsibility to arrange for mail forwarding or pickup with your local postal service. We are not liable for orders that are returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
Return & Restocking Fees
If an item is returned due to an error on the customer's part (e.g., incorrect address or failure to pick up), a refund will be issued minus a $18 restocking fee per package. This fee covers handling and return shipping costs. If expedited or international shipping charges were paid, those will not be refunded.
Lost or Tampered Packages
In the event your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us. For domestic orders, we will assist in filing a claim with USPS if needed. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or tampered with once USPS confirms delivery. For international orders, we cannot assist once the package has left the US.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled by the customer prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or altered.
International Orders - Customs Fees
For international shipments, customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, etc.) may apply upon delivery. These fees are not included in your shipping charges and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot mark orders as "gifts" for customs purposes, and we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping costs, or if the recipient refuses to pay the customs fees.
Customs and Import Fees
Please be aware that international shipping charges are separate from any applicable customs or import fees. We are not responsible for any fees or taxes imposed by your country’s customs authorities. Contact your local customs office for more information.
